This winter scene of a vintage steam engine - the Waterloo Central Railway - makes a perfect Christmas or holiday seasonal print. Digitally hand-painted on a Wacom tablet and created using many different painting styles, this painting is available in several versions including one with text and is perfect for this year's Christmas greeting card selection. Please contact me directly if you wish me to customize the text to suit your particular needs. As with all holiday cards, the price for boxes of 10 or 25 has been significantly reduced through Dec. 15, 2014.
The Waterloo Junction Railway was proposed in the 1880s to connect Waterloo, Ontario to the prosperous communities of St. Jacobs, Elmira and Drayton which were some miles to the north.
